2008 Nürburgring 24 hour – LIVE internet coverage
The 36th ADAC Zurich 24 hour race is now just days away so this is a good time to start discussing gaining access to live internet coverage. Especially for those of us in the southern hemisphere. There are a couple of options that appear easy enough to access, at no charge. If anyone knows of any television coverage, during or post race, please leave a tip in the comments section below. In the meantime, you can tune in to Radio Le Mans for live coverage and according to the official Nürburgring 24 hour race website they will be offering a live stream throughout the event.
From ADAC 24h website: “The stream will be broadcasted in two qualities. In addition to a standard dsl quality there will be another stream in premium quality. The user simply needs a standard pc and a dsl charge to watch the complete race. The live-stream is supported by the official partners Bilstein, the DSK, Gran Turismo, Moskovskaya and Dunlop. The program will start on Saturday, the 24th May at 02:30 pm with pictures of the starting grid. After the finish of the race, the winners ceremony will round up the coverage on Sunday, the 25th may at 03:30 pm.”
