This video is the perfect way to get yourself in the mood for a weekend of endurance racing. It was produced after the 2011 24 hour race and features Mal Rose at the wheel of his Holden Commodore V8 Supercar and Darren Turner in the Aston Martin V8 Vantage GT4.

You’re taken for a full lap of the Grand Prix track and Nordschleife, with the view alternating between the two cars. There’s some great racing action to be seen.

Now that Mal Rose has secured a drive with Aston Martin for this year’s race, it’s quite appropriate to see these two cars in the same video.
