High profile Australian driver Warren Luff was fortunate enough to snag a seat with the Audi race experience team for the Nürburgring 24 hour race this year. It’s an extension of the relationship he’s enjoyed with Audi at the Bathurst 12 hour back home.

In his video diary from the 24 hour race you get a look behind the scenes before and during the event. There’s also a few moments of on board footage giving you a taste of what its like to drive a GT3 car during the day and at night.

Okay, the race itself didn’t quite go according to plan for Luff and his teammates, but we’re guessing he wouldn’t trade the experience for anything. Hopefully, he’ll get a chance to return and achieve better things in 2013.
