In addition to the photos and text on the Audi R8 e-tron’s lap record for a production-based electric powered car we bring you these videos from Audi.

They’re not the most thrilling videos, we’ll admit, and most of the clip above is conducted in German. There is a few minutes of Markus Winkelhock speaking in English and we’ve included a link n the video to help you fast forward if, like us, you cannot speak German.

After the break there is 21 minutes of footage from Audi which is almost like the rushes from the end of the day and in need of a good edit. If you persist, though, there’s some decent footage throughout the clip.

Sadly, there’s no footage of a full lap from inside the car. If that shows up we’ll be sure to add it here.
